This intensely vibrant yet light Moscato is drawn from the estate vineyards that surround Sandro Boido’s winery. The hand-tended vines here average around 30 years.
Lumine is Ca d Gal’s ‘entry level’ but it is already a beautifully wine, mouth-watering wine with a strikingly intense aromatic spectrum suggesting stone fruit and acacia, complexed by earthy notes of sage and rosemary. In the mouth, the wine has sparkling layers of perfumed, grapey fruit and concludes with a fine, crisp, sorbet-in-a-glass kind of finish.
