Tasting Notes
Pale straw, aromas of lemon curd, key lime and pineapple rind. Key lime and lemon meringue flavors mingle with white peach and a pleasing salinity reminiscent of sea spray and oyster shell.
Production Notes
Grapes were hand-sorted and 100% whole cluster pressed. The wine saw two-thirds malolactic fermentation, then was aged sur lie for 8 months in a combination of new and neutral French oak.
