Having left his family firm, Clair Dau, in the mid 80s, Bruno Clair started his own domaine in Marsannay. Now he tends up to 20 hectares and he has good holdings in Chambolle Musigny, Gevrey Chambertin, Morey St Denis as well as Vosne Romanee. Bruno also has some Grand Crus in Chambertin Clos de Beze and Corton Charlemagne. Clive Coates praises, “this is now one of the top domaines in Burgundy.”
