Bodegas Can Petit means “small estate” in Catalan. This boutique winery is overseen by Damia Deas, who planted their 50 acres of estate vineyards in 1985. Located near Sant Sadurni de Anoia in the town of Espiells, it is the highest point of elevation in the Penedes region, referred to as “Alt-Penedes’ sub-region. The high altitude contributes to a slower maturation of the grapes, producing wines with a higher, yet beautifully balanced acidity.
