Fermentation and maceration, it is done in steel tanks with temperature-controlled while the maceration will take around 15/20 days. The maturation will take around 8 months in Slavonian oak barrels with an average capacity of 40 hl followed by some time in a bottle.
Elegant and fruity lots of red berries, flowers and licorice.
Extremely round, with a nice touch of acidity to make it complex and appetizing
