This wine is the second wine of Chateau Grand Puy Lacoste, a fifth-growth winery in Medoc (Medoc).
Parker believes that the level of Gepragos can challenge the third growth. The ranking of the fifth growth villages in 1855 failed to reflect the strength of Lagosse. The style of the wine is rich and fruity.
