Château Puy Boyrein was originally part of a larger winery – Château Boyrein where is situated right between Sauternais & Graves. It consists of 55 acres of vineyards planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle.

The grapes for the red wine are fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks, and the wines then remain in underground tanks for 15-18 months before being bottled after a light fining and filtration.
