Domaine Combier in the Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph appellations has 25 hectares of vines. Laurent Combier has always advocated respect for nature and paid particular attention to his plots, which makes him the perfect example in the Rhône Valley .
Domaine Combier was a pioneer in organic farming in the Rhône Valley since Maurice Combier (Laurent’s father) converted all his crops to organic, following an allergy caused by a phytosanitary product. The Combier family therefore naturally turned to manual work on the soil, associated with the management of the lunar calendar, thus placing balance and precision at the heart of the life of the estate. Today, Laurent Combier operates Domaine Combier as an independent winegrower.
