Domaine Anne & Hervé Sigaut is a Burgundian wine producer located in the village Chambolle-Musigny, with a portfolio of Pinot Noir wines prized for their elegance and minerality. Hervé and his wife Anne took over from Maurice Sigaut in 1990, and represent the fourth generation of the family to farm the estate.
Most of the parcels in the seven-hectare (17-acre) estate are ploughed by horse, and many processes in the vineyards and cellars are aligned with lunar phases.
The winemaking facilities were rebuilt in 2004, and feature a sorting table and temperature-controlled, stainless steel fermentation tanks. Use of new oak during barrel maturation does not exceed 40 percent.
The portfolio consists includes three village-level wines; a standard Chambolle-Musigny from 10 small plots, a second cuvée from the Derrière le Four vineyard and a third from an old vine parcel in Les Bussières. Above these sit four different Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru wines, including old vine parcels of Les Fuées, Les Sentiers and Les Noirots.
